It's no secret that I struggle to find decent bras to accommodate my 'ample boobage' shall we say, I can't shop at gorgeously overpriced places like Victoria's Secret because the pretty bras just don't fit me. But thankfully the number of big breasted ladies must be on the increase because my options have certainly opened up over the last year or so. I aren't keen on lace-only bras because they don't offer me enough support; I prefer lightly padded bras because they give me a more rounded shape and can often give me more of a push up.
Freya Deco Plunge Underwired Bra - £32.00 Beautiful Lingerie*
I was contacted by Beautiful Lingerie to ask if I would be interested in some gift vouchers for some new lingerie in return for reviewing their site and my overall shopping experience. I opted for the Freya Deco bra because I have one in black and I absolutely love it, it gives me the perfect shape, lift and a pretty impressive cleavage without looking like by boobs are a shelf for my chin!
The BL Beautiful Lingerie Website
The website overall is easy to navigate around it's drop down headings points you in the right direction for where you want to be; they offer a number of different lingerie pieces from bras and shape wear to maternity pieces and post-operation bras. They sell lots of different brands; Freya, Curvy Kate, Cleo by Panache, Fantasie, Miracle Suit, Sloggi and more.
You can also search using a brand name which will obviously bring up all products under that brand. Some of the other search functions don't work as well, for example, searching by my size doesn't bring up any products which suggests they don't have anything for my size however if I go on to the actual products you will see that there are many styles in my size. I like to search using my size purely because I don't think there's anything worse than seeing a style I really like, clicking on it and realising it doesn't go up to my size; if it just brought up the ones they had in my size it would save a lot of disappointment!
The website also offers services such as a 'wish list' and a 'tell a friend' option on each product so you can either save it for your own personal viewing for pay day or you could send it to someone as a gentle hint for a birthday present!
My experience of buying on the Beautiful Lingerie website is good overall, the checkout was quick and easy as you pay via PayPal and they offer free UK delivery with no minimum spend. The bra I ordered arrived within 7 days of ordering which for me is fine but obviously I would recommend ordering well in advance if you need something for a certain date just in case! Judging by the website Beautiful Lingerie is a fairly new business as it is clear that some parts of the website are unfinished. For me, they could work on their search features and the organisation of their ranges.
Like them on Facebook to take advantage of any discount codes they have to offer!
